Luke - Senior

Luke is really fun. He likes to play the guitar (and Mumford and Sons). He's interested in criminal justice and he loves his family. We had a grand location to shoot, really mature trees, acres of pastures, and beautiful vine covered walls.

Clay - Senior

Clay is graduating! It is a strange thing seeing boys grow into men. A good type of strange though. Especially considering a young man of character like Clay. We had a grand time shooting and he was patient during all my experimenting. Also, when we finally got to the woods the sun was already setting! I hadn't considered how much earlier the sun has been setting than it did in the summer. So, it was also my first time wrapping up a senior shoot in the pitch dark. It's always fun to try new things. Also, Clay's dad was able to join us for a portion and we had some fun skipping rocks on the White River. (Just in case you're wondering, I shot the last image on my Holga... XD)

A special shout out to Kristi and Caleb respectively who helped me out with these images. You make these shoots run like clockwork.

Filmonaut XVI

Finally, a Filmonaut update! This post brings with it exciting whisperings for a rather significant new project we'll (we being MJ and I) be undertaking for the Filmonaut subheading soon. Unfortunately for you, we don't have enough finished yet to really say anything else about it. Sorry about that.

We have some new visitors in this album, as well as some additional Holga shots on 35mm. I'll post the full scans of those Holga shots soon. As soon as the scanner is working again, that is. Also, you may see some of these shots of Clay again in a new Senior shoot post which is coming soon. Enjoy!
